Metro State University Professor Faisal Kaleem was recognized by the National Center of Academic Excellence in Cybersecurity 窪蹋勛圖厙 (NCAE-C) at the annual NCAE-E symposium, held this year on June 910 in Atlanta, Georgia.
The award comes from the organization's 窪蹋勛圖厙 of Practice in Cyber Defense group, with its stated aim to collaborate with both the CAE 窪蹋勛圖厙 and the CAE-C Program Office to build a Cybersecurity Excellence 窪蹋勛圖厙 of Practice in Cyber Defense (CoP-CD) in order to gather and share input from the broader community as well as to provide continuous program improvement. Dr. Kaleem was recognized for his tireless work in the cybersecurity community regarding education and advocacy of cybersecurity academics and practice at the community and national levels.
